Building Process
Our process is straight forward
Bank approval
It is the client's responsibility to obtain bank approval for finance
Construction
Construction begins and depending on the size of the and complexity of the house, it should take 3 to 5 months to complete.
Design
Sit with our partner architects and draughtsman to make your ideas come alive.
Construction management
Progress payments will be based on the percentage completion of the building and the financing bank will send a property assessor to assess the progress of the build from time to time.
Quotation
Based on design and finishes, we will prepare a priced quotation using actual material cost prices.
Completion and handover
Congratulations, you’ve reached the final step. Before you start celebrating, we recommend that you request a walkthrough of the property before taking occupation and signing the final request for payment form.
